Length of time needed to change oil and rotate tires. 8:15 appointment and 11:15 when finished. Always takes this long, shouldn't be more than 1.5 hours and that's being generous.

At their service department, is the worst experience and service you will ever see and experience..., I believe in second chances but this is the third last time. I never wrote any comments or emails about anything in my life but I believe people have a write to know and that's why I'm taking the time today to write my comment. I went for service for my 2015 chevy truck and met with a service advisor employee number 2555 Braden Y Kunishige and this employee was the top worst service employee ever!.. He took my truck in for service for 2 days and if I had not showed up to the store before the end of that day, I would have not received my truck and would be unable to go too work. For two days all he got completed was an oil change and a tire rotation. I did pay for an inspection and dialysis with my electrical and that is what he told me took so long, but I researched that all they do in a dialysis is plug my truck to a computer and the computer tells the them everything that is wrong, dont know why it takes towo days for that.. In result of the inspection they found nothing and told me my truck was good to go and gave me childish answers. Later that week my truck broke down again and it was an electrical problem. Also The communication was very BAD they never called to tell me anything but sent a 1 time text message, and when I would call for answers he never or would call back. When I went to the service department at the end of their day to pick up my truck they was just standing around and playing not working at all. when I asked for my truck they secretly went to the warehouse and did my oil change on the spot. So for two days they did nothing to service my truck. This will be my last time. Street Mechanics have more professional services then a major dealer. So SAD..
