    My vehicle came in for service on 8/29. Somehow my key got broken. I have called for four days leaving messages for Wes and Sam regarding my vehicle key replacement and have yet to get a response! So how should I rate your service?

    I came in for my semi annual service which I always get incredible service at the front desk, Rick always takes care of me. The only thing was they charged me for tire rotation and didn’t actually do it.

    They never gave me a call after my car was done & my car stayed overnight. The girl that answered my call the 1st time was rude, but the Jacob guy was very helpful. Wes was also nice.

    Missing my Certificate of Registration and insurance card held in a red plastic auto/insurance holder. It was in the glove compartment on 6/9/2022, which was the last service done on the car. That day was busy for all of the workers. I left my car overnight, since breaks had to be fixed. They got it done at around 3:30pm. Someone removed the red plastic auto/insurance holder on 6/9/2022 and never put it back. So when I went to get my safety check on 7/19/2022, West asked me about the paperwork. I just received my new Certificate of Registration that I had in my bag and had to call insurance company to email a copy of insurance card to West. On the positive side, safety check was done. However, on the negative side the original paperwork and auto/insurance holder is missing. I left 3 messages, no return calls. The fourth time I called got West and asked him to look in Lost and Found bin and ask around. I have not heard from West as of 7/20/2022. So, if he doesn’t return my call today to follow up, this means he’s ignoring my issue with Service Dept. If I ever come back, I will have to remember to double check that my documents are in my glove compartment and now will have to buy a new auto/insurance holder. Please train your people to follow up and not ignore calls. Mahalo!!!
