    It was nice and easy except it did take pretty long. I waited for 3 hours. Staff was very nice and the work was completed.

    Wesley was my Service Rep; he needs to hone his Customer Service skills! I waited for three weeks for a solenoid sensor for my 2011 Buick Lacrosse. I called Service once, after a week and a half, Wesley did not have an answer for me. I waited, on the third week I called the Parts Department and was informed the part had arrived. I was never contacted by Wesley after I contacted him except for a return call telling me we got disconnected. I made an appointment and had the part replaced, no thanks to Wesley!
